Refund Policy

All correspondence must be received via email, according to our refund policy below:

FULL REFUND (or session credit): 14 days or more from your session date:  Email us two weeks or more from your session date to request a full refund, or choose a future session of your choice at no additional cost.

SESSION CREDIT ONLY (no refund): within 13 days of your session date: Email us between 1-13 days before your session date and you can receive a full credit towards a future session of your choice.

To request your refund, or session credit, send us the following info by email:

- student name booked into session

- original session name, date and location

- if applicable: new session name, date and location
